# JSCQ plans to acquire 52% equity of Weidu Antenna for 20.8 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JSCQ (688182.SH) announced that the company plans to use its own funds of 20.8 million yuan to purchase 52% of the equity of Suzhou Latitude Antenna Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Latitude Antenna") held by Suzhou Xiecheng Microwave Technology Co., Ltd., and will undertake the obligation to pay the unpaid capital contribution of the acquired equity after the transfer. Upon completion of this transaction, Latitude Antenna will become a subsidiary controlled by the company.

The purpose of this transaction is to strengthen the company's strategic layout of focusing on its main business and expanding its operations. By deeply integrating the technologies, products, markets, and supply chains of both parties, it aims to achieve efficient resource integration. This transaction will not only further enrich the company's technological reserves and broaden its product array but also effectively expand into more downstream application fields, enhancing the company's supply chain competitiveness.
