# TMT's application for issuing stocks to specific targets has been approved by the Shanghai Stock Exchange

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TMT (600458.SH) announced that on April 7, 2025, it received the "Review Opinions on the Issuance of Stocks by Zhuzhou Times New Material Technology Co., Ltd. to Specific Objects" issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The specific review opinions are as follows: "The application for the issuance of stocks by Zhuzhou Times New Material Technology Co., Ltd. to specific objects meets the issuance conditions, listing conditions, and information disclosure requirements. The Exchange will submit the application documents to the China Securities Regulatory Commission for registration upon receipt from your company."
