According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Tellgen (300642.SZ) announced that the company plans to use its own funds to repurchase a portion of its issued A-shares through centralized bidding. The total amount of funds used for the share repurchase will not be less than RMB 20 million (inclusive) and not exceed RMB 40 million (inclusive), with the repurchase price not exceeding RMB 16.00 per share (inclusive). The implementation period for the share repurchase is within 12 months from the date the company's board of directors approves the share repurchase plan
