# Matrix Design plans to grant 4.031 million restricted stocks at a grant price of 8.27 yuan per share

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Matrix Design (301365.SZ) disclosed the draft of the 2025 Restricted Stock Incentive Plan, in which the company plans to grant 4.031 million shares of restricted stock to 54 incentive recipients at a grant price of 8.27 yuan per share. This incentive plan is valid from the date of granting the restricted stock until all the restricted stocks granted to the incentive recipients are fully vested or become invalid, with a maximum duration of no more than 48 months
