YUHUAN CNC MACHINE TOOL announced that the company plans to increase its capital by 30 million yuan to its subsidiary Hunan Yuhuan Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. using its own funds, of which 15 million yuan will be included in the registered capital and 15 million yuan will be included in the capital reserve. Before the capital increase, the company held 51.00% of the equity in Yuhuan Precision; after the capital increase, the shareholding ratio will increase to 67.3334%.
