According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, KONKA GROUP (000016.SZ) announced that on April 8, 2025, the company received a notification from its controlling shareholder, Overseas Chinese Town Group Co., Ltd. ("OCT Group"): to promote professional integration among central enterprises and optimize resource allocation, it is proposed that other central enterprise groups implement professional integration for the company, and relevant procedures will be carried out in accordance with the law. This integration may lead to a change in the company's controlling shareholder, but will not result in a change in the actual controller, which will still be the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council
