# HMD: Plans to repurchase 80 million to 160 million yuan of company shares

Golden Ten Data reported on April 9th that HMD announced plans to repurchase company shares worth between 80 million to 160 million yuan. The repurchased shares will be used for employee stock ownership plans or equity incentive plans. The repurchase price will not exceed 57.30 yuan per share
