# WFHT Chairman Yin Zhenyuan proposed to spend 100 million to 150 million yuan to implement a buyback

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, WFHT (000581.SZ) announced that on April 9, 2025, the company's chairman, Mr. Yin Zhenyuan, received a letter regarding the proposal for Wuxi WFHT Group Co., Ltd. to repurchase some of its shares. Mr. Yin Zhenyuan proposed that the company use its own funds or self-raised funds to repurchase A-shares through centralized bidding, with a total repurchase amount of 100 million to 150 million yuan. The repurchase period is within 12 months from the date the repurchase plan is approved by the company's shareholders' meeting
