Kangxin New Materials announced that its controlling shareholder Wuxi Jianfa plans to increase its holdings of the company's shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange system via centralized bidding within 12 months from the date of the announcement, with an increase amount not less than 26.9 million yuan and not exceeding 53.79 million yuan, and the number of shares to be increased not exceeding 2% of the company's total share capital.
