# Bio-Chem: Plans to invest 30 million yuan to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary

Bio-Chem announced that its holding subsidiary Suzhou Xinhui Lian Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. plans to invest RMB 30 million in its own funds to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Xinhui Lian Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. This investment matter was approved at the 11th meeting of the 5th Board of Directors held on April 9, 2025, with 9 votes in favor, 0 votes against, and 0 abstentions. The purpose of this investment is to promote the development of Xinhui Lian's existing business, in line with its development strategy and business planning needs, and will not adversely affect its financial condition or operating results at this stage. The newly established wholly-owned subsidiary will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements. Relevant information still needs to be approved and registered by market regulatory authorities, which carries certain uncertainty risks
