Cnlight announced that on April 10, 2025, Foshan Xuelait signed a "Debt Restructuring Repayment Agreement" with Shanghai Nongnongguo after mutual consultation regarding the court ruling. Both parties agreed that Foshan Xuelait would repay CNY 3.5793 million to Shanghai Nongnongguo in installments, and the mutual debts would be extinguished. This debt restructuring does not constitute a related party transaction, nor does it constitute a major asset restructuring
