The business scope includes: fire protection technology services; non-residential real estate leasing; technical services for on-site evaluation of construction project fire protection acceptance, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Guangdong Ruicheng Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Ridge, among others
