According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SK (688155.SH) announced that from November 20, 2024, until the announcement disclosure date, the company and its controlling subsidiary Fujian Dongheng New Energy Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Fujian Dongheng") have signed various contracts and fixed-point notices with CATL and its controlling subsidiaries, with a total amount of approximately RMB 684 million (excluding tax)
