According to the news from Zhitong Finance APP, Ningbo Sunrise (002937.SZ) announced that the company plans to use self-raised funds to repurchase its A-shares through centralized bidding, for the purpose of equity incentives or employee stock ownership plans or other incentive types permitted by laws and regulations. The total amount of funds intended for repurchase will not be less than RMB 60 million (inclusive) and will not exceed RMB 120 million (inclusive). The repurchase price per share will not exceed RMB 31 (inclusive)
