Jiangxi Hungpai New Material: Shareholder Xinyu Baolong has not reduced its shareholding

On April 14th, Jiangxi Hungpai New Material announced that its shareholder, Xinyu Baolong Enterprise Management Center, which holds more than 5% of the shares, originally planned to reduce its holdings by no more than 19.048 million shares, or no more than 3% of the company's total share capital, between January 15, 2025, and April 14, 2025, through centralized bidding and/or block trading. However, during the implementation period of the reduction plan, Xinyu Baolong did not make any reductions due to its own business development needs. As of the date of this announcement, Xinyu Baolong still holds 36.8075 million shares of the company, accounting for 5.80% of the company's total share capital
