# DPtech plans to launch an employee stock ownership plan in 2025, with a fundraising cap of 28.1803 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, DPtech (300768.SZ) has disclosed the draft of its 2025 employee stock ownership plan, with a total fundraising cap of RMB 28.1803 million. The total number of participants in the employee stock ownership plan at its initial establishment shall not exceed 164 people. The shares for this employee stock ownership plan will come from the shares repurchased in the company's dedicated repurchase account, with a transfer price of RMB 8.90 per share. The total number of shares to be transferred under the employee stock ownership plan shall not exceed 3.1663 million shares.

In addition, the duration of this employee stock ownership plan shall not exceed 48 months, calculated from the date of the company's announcement of the transfer of the last batch of target shares to the name of this employee stock ownership plan
