According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Anji Technology (688019.SH) has disclosed the draft of the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant no more than 817,320 restricted shares to the incentive recipients, accounting for approximately 0.63% of the company's total share capital at the time of the announcement of the incentive plan draft. This grant is a one-time grant with no reserved rights. The total number of incentive recipients will not exceed 245, and the grant price is 84.48 yuan per share
