# SC Pharmaceuticals: May be subject to delisting risk warning after the disclosure of the 2024 annual report

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SC Pharmaceuticals (002693.SZ) announced that the trading price of its stock had a cumulative closing price deviation of over 20% on two consecutive trading days, April 15, 2025, and April 16, 2025. This situation falls under the category of abnormal stock trading fluctuations as per the regulations of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

After verification, the company and its controlling shareholders, as well as the actual controller, do not have any significant matters related to the company that should have been disclosed but were not, nor are there any significant matters in the planning stage.
