According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Xiangyu (600057.SH) disclosed the draft of the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant approximately 173 million shares of restricted stock to incentive recipients, accounting for about 6.16% of the company's total share capital at the time of the announcement of the incentive plan draft, with no reserved granting rights. The number of incentive recipients to be granted is not more than 991, with a grant price of 2.96 yuan per share
