According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SHAREATE (688257.SH) released its annual report for 2024, reporting an operating income of 1.862 billion yuan for the year, a year-on-year increase of 20.17%; a net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company of 181 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 10.89%; a net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses of 157 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 14.02%; and basic earnings per share of 1.01 yuan/share. It plans to distribute a cash dividend of 3 yuan (including tax) for every 10 shares and to increase the capital reserve by converting 4 shares for every 10 shares to all shareholders
