According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YIFAN MOTOR (301023.SZ) released its annual report for 2024, reporting an operating income of 282 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 61.69%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 94.5089 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 98.51%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 92.5919 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 96.53%. The basic earnings per share were 1.71 yuan. In addition, it plans to distribute a cash dividend of 6 yuan (including tax) for every 10 shares to all shareholders and to increase capital by distributing 4 additional shares for every 10 shares to all shareholders
