JYKJ announced that the company intends to transfer 100% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing Jinyuan Interactive Technology Co., Ltd. According to the audit report, as of December 31, 2024, the audited net asset book value attributable to the company for Jinyuan Interactive is RMB 2.6011 million, and the net asset appraisal value is RMB 2.6633 million. The company plans to use this appraisal value as a reference for the transfer price and will negotiate with potential counterparties to determine the final transfer price. After the completion of this transaction, Jinyuan Interactive will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements
