XCEP announced that the operating revenue for 2024 is expected to be 1.454 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 3.52%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company is 8.2942 million yuan, compared to -44.6057 million yuan in the same period last year. The profit distribution plan for 2024 is to distribute a cash dividend of 0.2 yuan for every 10 shares based on a total share capital of 365 million shares at the end of 2024, totaling a cash dividend distribution of 7.2913 million yuan, with the remaining undistributed profits carried over to the next year. There will be no stock dividends or capital reserve fund transfers to increase share capital in 2024
