# Naruida plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Hong Kong

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Naruida (688522.SH) stated that in accordance with the company's strategic planning and operational development needs, in order to further accelerate international layout, expand overseas markets, and attract international technical talents, the company plans to invest HKD 10 million with its own funds to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Naruida International Limited (tentative name, subject to final approval and registration by the relevant local authorities)
