According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SSSW (688399.SH) disclosed its 2024 annual report. During the reporting period, the company achieved revenue of 350 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 13.29%; the net profit attributable to the parent company was a loss of 2 million yuan, a year-on-year narrowing; the net profit excluding non-recurring gains and losses was a loss of 71.84 million yuan, a year-on-year narrowing; basic earnings per share were -0.03 yuan.

The company plans to increase its shares based on the total share capital registered on the equity distribution registration date, using the capital reserve formed by the premium from the stock issuance at the time of the company's listing to distribute 4.8 additional shares for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with no cash dividends or bonus shares distributed
