VRV: Plans to raise no more than 477 million yuan through a private placement for the Xinyuan Mixin Security AI Foundation Project and the Intelligent Emergency Response Platform R&D Project

VRV announced that the company plans to issue shares to specific targets in the 2025 fiscal year, raising a total of no more than 477.3304 million yuan, for the Xinyuan Mixin Security AI Foundation Project and the Intelligent Emergency Response Platform R&D Project. The issuance targets are qualified securities investment fund management companies, securities firms, etc., and the issuance price will not be lower than 80% of the average trading price of the stock over the 20 trading days prior to the pricing benchmark date
