According to the Zhitong Finance APP, NB KBE (300863.SZ) released its annual report for 2024, reporting an operating income of 3.648 billion yuan for the year, a year-on-year increase of 5.68%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 162 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 2.59%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 158 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 0.07%; basic earnings per share were 1.30 yuan/share. It is proposed to distribute a cash dividend of 3 yuan (including tax) for every 10 shares, and to convert 4 shares for every 10 shares to all shareholders from the capital reserve
