# BLB: Dismissal of the company's deputy general manager

On April 20th, BLB announced that, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Company Law and the Articles of Association, the Board of Directors agreed to dismiss Deputy General Manager Zhang Guogang from his position based on the nomination by the General Manager and the review by the Board Nomination Committee. After the dismissal, he will not hold any position in the company, and the dismissal will take effect from the date of approval by this Board of Directors meeting
