JC TECHNOLOGY: Chief Financial Officer Shu Yuliang resigns, Yao Yao takes over

On April 21, JC TECHNOLOGY announced that Shu Yuliang applied to resign from the position of financial director for personal reasons, and will continue to hold other positions in the company after resigning.
