On April 21, JC TECHNOLOGY announced that Shu Yuliang applied to resign from the position of financial director for personal reasons, and will continue to hold other positions in the company after resigning. The company's board of directors agreed to appoint Lu Xiao as the deputy general manager of the company, while still serving as the company’s board secretary; appointed Luo Qingbo and Zhang Huibin as deputy general managers of the company; and appointed Yao Yao as the financial director of the company.
