CCCC Design: CCCC Capital plans to increase its stake in the company by 150 million to 300 million yuan
China Communications Construction Design announced that its controlling shareholder, China Communications Construction, wholly-owned subsidiary China Communications Capital plans to increase its holdings in the company through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system using its own funds within 12 months starting from April 21, 2025, with an intended increase amount of no less than 150 million yuan and no more than 300 million yuan. As of the date prior to this increase, China Communications Capital directly holds 22.6427 million shares of the company, accounting for approximately 0.99% of the company's total share capital
