FORYOU announced that its shareholders Zhongshan Zhongke Equity Investment Co., Ltd. and Zhuhai Hengqin Zhongke Baiyun Venture Capital Partnership plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 7,873,605 shares, or no more than 1.5% of the company's total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, through centralized bidding or block trading.
