CCD announced that the operating revenue for 2024 is 1.187 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8.49%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company is 95.4219 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 296.90%. The profit distribution plan approved by the board of directors is as follows: based on the total share capital after deducting the number of shares held in the repurchase special securities account on the equity distribution registration date, a cash dividend of 2 yuan will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with no bonus shares issued and no capital reserve converted into share capital
