# Xinsteel: Net profit in 2024 decreased by 93.41% year-on-year

Xinsteel announced that the operating revenue for 2024 is expected to be 41.804 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 41.24%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company is 32.7807 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 93.41%. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 0.1 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders on the record date for the equity distribution, based on the total share capital on that date, with the remaining undistributed profits carried forward to the next year. The company will not convert capital reserves into share capital. The above profit distribution plan has been approved by the seventh meeting of the tenth board of directors and is subject to approval at the company's 2024 annual general meeting before implementation
