Chengtou Holding announced that its shareholder, Hongyi Equity Investment Fund Center, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 50.5915 million shares, accounting for no more than 2% of the total shares of the company, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement through centralized bidding and block trading. As of the announcement date, Hongyi Equity Investment Fund Center holds 5.94% of the company's shares. The reduction price will be determined based on market prices
