# HYTY: American Vanadium Corporation reduced its holdings by 9.2729 million shares

HYTY announced that the reduction plan of its controlling shareholder and actual controller Zhong Zhengguang's concerted actor, American Wanbang Co., Ltd., has expired. During the reduction period, American Wanbang cumulatively reduced its holdings of the company's shares by 9.2729 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 2.3182% of the company's total share capital and 2.3336% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the repurchase special account. The reduction price range was from 8.57 yuan/share to 10.3 yuan/share. After the reduction, the combined shareholding of Zhong Zhengguang and American Wanbang decreased from 42.3192% to 40.0010% of the company's total share capital, and the combined shareholding after excluding shares in the repurchase special account decreased from 42.6006% to 40.2669%
