Wuhan Lincontrol announced that shareholder Tan Chun plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 585,800 shares through block trading or competitive bidding, accounting for 1.131% of the company's total share capital. Tan Chun currently holds 1.13% of the company's shares, acquired before the IPO. The reduction period is from April 29, 2025, to July 28, 2025, and the reduction price will be determined based on market prices
