TYT announced that the company's shareholder, Changyuan Technology Group Co., Ltd., plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 6.6958 million shares, accounting for no more than 3% of the company's total share capital. The reduction period will be within 3 months starting from 15 trading days after the announcement date
