Zhenhua Tech announced that the operating revenue for 2024 is 5.219 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 32.99%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company is 970 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 63.83%. The profit distribution plan approved by the board of directors is: based on 554 million shares, a cash dividend of 1.8 yuan will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with no bonus shares issued and no capital reserve converted into share capital
