# ZHHL: Controlling shareholder Wu Jun San received administrative regulatory measures from Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau

ZHHL announced that its controlling shareholder Wu Jun San received administrative regulatory measures from the Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau, ordering corrections and recording them in the integrity file of the securities and futures market. Wu Jun San did not timely inform the company about the "Cooperation Framework Agreement" and a series of agreements signed with Beijing Huatai Yu Technology Center, violating relevant provisions of the "Administrative Measures for Information Disclosure of Listed Companies." The share transfer and asset injection contents have not been implemented, and both parties have signed a "Settlement Agreement" to terminate the agreement, with no liability for breach of contract. Wu Jun San currently does not hold any position in the company, and the company's production and operation management are normal, with no impact on its main business
