Bossco: Chairman Zhang Yujia resigns

Bossco announced that the company's board of directors received a written resignation letter from Chairman Zhang Yujia due to work adjustments. Mr. Zhang Yujia resigned from his positions as a non-independent director, chairman, and member and chairman of the strategic committee. After his resignation, Mr. Zhang Yujia will not hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries. Mr. Zhang Yujia does not hold any shares in the company, and his resignation did not result in the number of board members falling below the legal minimum. The resignation letter will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors.
