Bio-Chem announced that its operating revenue for 2024 is expected to be 1.312 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 23.09%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company is expected to be 345 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 5.14%. It plans to distribute a cash dividend of 6 yuan for every 10 shares based on the total share capital as of the equity registration date determined in the future profit distribution plan, resulting in a total cash dividend distribution of 303 million yuan; it also plans to distribute 4 bonus shares for every 10 shares to all shareholders, totaling 202 million shares, increasing the total share capital from 504 million shares to 706 million shares. On the same day, it announced a share repurchase plan of 200 million to 400 million yuan
