Unionman Technology announced that the operating revenue for 2024 is expected to be 2.508 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 15.54%. The net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company is expected to be 142 million yuan, compared to a net loss of 199 million yuan in the same period last year. The company plans to not distribute cash dividends, not issue bonus shares, not transfer capital reserves to increase share capital, and not engage in other forms of profit distribution for the 2024 profit distribution plan, with undistributed profits carried forward to future distributions
