M&S ELECTRONICS announced that in the 2024 annual report, the company achieved operating revenue of 139 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 57.94%; the net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 272 million yuan, a year-on-year increase in the loss amount of 382.41%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was -269 million yuan, a year-on-year increase in the loss amount of 284.44%. The company decided that the profit distribution plan for the 2024 annual report would be: no cash dividends, no bonus shares, and no capital reserve conversion into share capital
