# Faith Long Crystal: The company and its actual controller received a notice of case filing from the China Securities Regulatory Commission

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Faith Long Crystal (300460.SZ) announced that the company and its actual controller, Mr. Zhao Jiqing, recently received a notice of case filing from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) (Case Filing No. 0062025003, Case Filing No. 0062025004). Due to suspected violations of information disclosure laws and regulations, the CSRC has decided to file a case against the company and Mr. Zhao Jiqing in accordance with the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China and the Administrative Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China
