# NISCO: Received the third phase transfer payment of 530 million yuan

NISCO announced that on April 25, 2025, the company received a total of RMB 530 million for the third phase of the transfer payment and the second phase of the compensation from Fosun High Technology as stipulated in the Supplementary Agreement of the Share Transfer Agreement.
