Shanghai Yizhong announced that its shareholder Shanghai Yixing Enterprise Management Partnership has prematurely terminated its reduction plan. Shanghai Yixing reduced its holdings of the company's shares by 2.0654 million shares through centralized bidding from March 20, 2025, to April 25, 2025, accounting for 0.9992% of the company's total share capital, with a reduction price range of 39.36 to 40.62 yuan/share, totaling 82.7737 million yuan. After the reduction, Shanghai Yixing holds 2.7966 million shares of the company, accounting for 1.35% of the company's total share capital. The company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Zhou Jinsong, did not participate in this reduction plan
