On April 25th, GLARUNTECH announced that the company's board of directors recently received the resignation letter from Chief Financial Officer Zhu Ming. Zhu Ming resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer due to job changes and will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries after resigning. The resignation letter takes effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors. The company held the 31st meeting of the 9th board of directors on April 25, 2025, and approved the proposal to appoint Zhuo Yue as Chief Financial Officer, with a term ending on the date of the expiration of the 9th board of directors
