BAEC announced that its shareholder, Anhui Beizi Investment Management Center, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1.68 million shares through centralized bidding from May 22, 2025, to August 20, 2025, accounting for no more than 1% of the company's total share capital. The reason for the reduction is due to its own funding needs
