# KHPG: Wholly-owned subsidiary absorbed and merged

KHPG announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing KHPG Biomedical Co., Ltd., plans to absorb and merge with Beijing Hongjian Medical Devices Co., Ltd., Sichuan KHPG Traditional Chinese Medicine Planting Co., Ltd. plans to absorb and merge with Chengdu KHPG Pharmaceutical Trading Co., Ltd., and Sichuan Jishengtang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. plans to absorb and merge with Sichuan Jishengtang Xingshang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. After the absorption and merger, Beijing KHPG Biomedical, KHPG Planting, and Jishengtang will continue to operate, and the company's name and equity structure will remain unchanged. Beijing Hongjian, Chengdu Kangmao, and Xingshang Biotechnology will be legally deregistered, and all their assets, liabilities, businesses, personnel, relevant qualifications, and other rights and obligations will be legally inherited by Beijing KHPG Biomedical, KHPG Planting, and Jishengtang, respectively
